I had a wonderful first time visit for me and my daughter (6) with Dr Bethea. From the front desk with Lativia ** to Amanda - I felt welcomed and comfortable! Amanda was very patient and gentle with my daughter as it was her visit. Dr Bethea was very calming, kind and informative of what we needed and why. This Dentistry is indeed for the community! Very caring for its patients, from the office staff to all of the dentist assistants! Here I don’t feel like just another customer!! The last Dentist that i left was because of that reason. Although I had been apart of that office for years, when the initial dentist retired the total atmosphere changed! But here I feel so welcomed and cared about at Bethea's Dentistry.
Dr Bethea is very thorough and explains every procedure to you! I love that trait! I am so glad to be apart of this dentistry!

The facility is nice and clean! The staff was
VERY friendly! I was extremely nervous about this visit. They were understanding and reassuring. I commuted from another town to come to this location after not receiving adequate care in the town where I live. The crown that was worked on has been worked on 3 times prior to my visit. This was the first time a temp crown was put in near accurately without having to do extra work to fit it. It feels good to be at a clinic where I feel like I will be completely cared for. I’m glad this dental office is included in Community Care for Veterans!

I had an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting Dr. Bethea. The first thing that I noticed when I walked through the door was how clean the office was and it smelled amazing. Next, was how friendly and pleasant the receptionist, Tatiana was. Then, I was almost immediately called to the back for my cleaning. So there was not a long wait. I was met by the wonderful hygienist, Amanda. Amanda was so gentle. She did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. Then, Dr. Bethea was so kind. He was diligent in educating me on my exam results and next steps. Then, the young lady that checked me out was very friendly as well. So from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I felt like I was important. I am so glad that I decided to become a patient at Bethea Family Dentistry. Kudos to Dr. Bethea and his staff for superb customer service.
